What are Marma Points?
Marma Points are vital energy points located on the surface of the body where life energies are believed to be concentrated. Marmas are physically located at the sites where nerves, veins, arteries, tendons, bones, and joints meet.
What is a Dosha?
An energetic force that is a combination of two of the five elements of nature, and part of the makeup of each person. The three doshas are Vata – space and air, Pitta – fire and water, and Kapha – earth and water.
What is an Herbal Wrap?
An Herbal Wrap is a body treatment where you are wrapped in a fabric sheet that has been soaked in heated herbs, like a tea, to draw out impurities, allowing for detoxification and relaxation.
What is a Kansa Wand?
A Kansa Wand is a metal bowl made from very high quality, pure copper, tin, and zinc attached to a hand carved wooden handle for ease of use.
This ancient blend of metals is known in Ayurveda as Healing Metal. This powerful combination has a powerful effect on the body’s subtle energies. Like the metal used for sacred Tibetan singing bowls, bells and gongs, kansa metal is highly resonant. Think of it as tuning up the body in a similar way that listening to gong sounds and Tibetan singing bowls lifts your spirit.
The benefits of the Kansa Wand are that it provides a gentle lift and brings light back to the face, it revitalizes tired face and neck tissues, eases tension and localized heat and acidity, rebalances the three doshas – vata, pitta and kapha – the three subtle energies of the body recognized in Ayurveda.
What is an Ubtan?
An Ubtan is a purifying legume and herb cleansing powder that is often made into a paste and applied to the skin to purify, smooth and beautify the skin.

Items must be returned within 14 days from arrival of shipment.
Prior authorization is required on all returns by contacting Customer Service at aglowingyouayurveda@gmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization# (RMA#).
Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of A Glowing You Ayurveda.
Items must be returned in original packaging with the authorized RMA# number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Note: Returns sent to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization# will not be accepted.
